FEASIBILITY STUDIES
Costacurta’s engineers and technical experts are able to analyse the construction feasibility of a product based on its clients’ specifications and, if necessary, they can rely on the support of independent engineering firms and laboratories.
Co-development
Costacurta can work as a partner in the joint study and development of solutions that contribute to meeting its clients’ specific needs, reinforcing collaboration and improving mutual know-how.
MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
Costacurta can prepare construction drawings (2D – 3D), develop the mechanical design, performing, when needed, also the Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
PROCESS ENGINEERING
In the Gas/Liquid and Liquid/Liquid separation field, Costacurta is able to design complete solutions, guaranteeing performance using calculation methods and software developed in-house and, when necessary, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) tools.
CUSTOM-MADE SOLUTIONS
On request, Costacurta offers the services of its engineers and technical experts for the design and production of innovative solutions and/or specific product or system set-ups that fulfil its clients’ performance requirements.
SUPERVISION DURING INSTALLATION AND START-UP
Costacurta can assist its clients, if requested, both during the installation of the products supplied and during the start-up of the plant.
AFTER SALES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
In the case of specific needs or problems in the use of its products, Costacurta’s engineers and product and process experts can provide ‘on field’ or remote technical assistance.
