The provision of your personal data, by filling in the form in the “Contacts” section, allows us to fulfil your request and best meet your needs. Indeed, in this section, you are asked to provide your name, surname, email address and telephone numbers so that the company can contact you for information and/or quotations and/or consultancy. If you do not consent to the processing of these data for the above-stated purposes, we will be unable to process your request and provide an answer, information, feedback and the support requested. Indeed, these data are necessary for the fulfilment of requests made through this section.

Storage period and right of access

3 The data subject has the right to obtain:

  • erasure, anonymisation or restriction of data processed in breach of law, including those for which storage is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

4 The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

If you believe that your data has been processed in breach of the Regulation, you can lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Body in accordance with article 77 of the same Regulation.

In the case of cessation of the processing for any reason, pursuant to article 17 of European Reg. 679/20016, your data will be
a) erased, after the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled, without prejudice to compliance with the storage obligations established by article 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, articles 19 and 22 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 600/1973 (10 years) and other specific law provisions;
b) transferred to another controller provided that they are processed in a way that is compatible for the same purposes for which the data are collected (pre/bankruptcy procedures or similar or related, sales of companies or lines of business; etc.) pursuant to article 6, sub-paragraph 1, letter b) European Reg. 679/2016;
c) kept for statistical purposes, complying with the technical and organisational measures, above all to guarantee respect for the principle of the minimisation of the data, provided that the statistical purpose can be achieved in this way, pursuant to article 89 of European Reg. 679/2016.

The server on which the website is hosted, is in the European Union.
