In 2024, Costacurta received the “Company that promotes health” acknowledgement from a local Italian public entity (ATS), thus officially joining the WHP (Workplace Health Promotion) program. This is a result that rewards the company’s commitment to encouraging a healthy and inclusive workplace focused on people’s physical and mental well-being.
A PROGRAM FOR A HEALTHY WORKPLACE
The “Workplaces that promote health – WHP Lombardy Network” program is an initiative based on the principles of the World Health Organisation and aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles at companies. The program is coordinated by the local Italian public entity (ATS) and places companies on a path of continual improvement, providing for the adoption of efficient and sustainable practices that foster workers’ well-being. The actions promoted include a healthy diet, physical activity, prevention of smoking and a correct work-life balance. Thanks to cooperation with public entities and partners from the world of business, WHP is now a model recognised both domestically and in Europe for its positive impact on health in the workplace.
AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOCUSED ON THE FUTURE
Joining the WHP program is not an arrival point for Costacurta, but the start of a journey that will continue. The aim is to consolidate a company culture of wellness, in which each person feels like an active part of a careful, responsible and evolving professional environment.
